Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and use digital tools to showcase value while meeting quality-of-sale metrics. You’ll complete in-store training, work with store teams, and leverage benefits like stock grants, 401(k), and insurance as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Recommended)

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate on products, and showcase value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and demonstrate solutions to drive sales and onboarding.
• Complete store training, stay customer ready, secure kiosks/assets, and support store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support customer experience from setup to account servicing.
