Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to represent the brand in National Sales partner locations, delivering engaging customer experiences and educating shoppers on wireless solutions. You will leverage digital tools to demonstrate value and drive friendly, highly effective sales interactions in a busy retail setting.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate and demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling to showcase products and services; guide onboarding and self-service initiatives.
• Provide exceptional service, follow up with customers, manage referrals, and support price overrides for special offers where appropriate.
• Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers and maintain store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
