Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication.
• Demonstrate and sell T-Mobile solutions, educate customers, and build lasting relationships.
• Complete in-store training and stay customer-ready by reviewing promotions and updates.
• Follow up with customers, capture referrals, and support Be Back processes to drive sales.
