T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to engage customers, educate them on T-Mobile solutions, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting. You will identify needs, demonstrate products, and leverage digital tools to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, training, and onboarding customers while maintaining high standards of service and knowledge of the latest offers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate wireless solutions using solution-based selling techniques.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review personal results and promotions, and stay customer-ready at all times.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
