Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Experts to engage customers in a busy retail setting, educate them on T-Mobile solutions, and drive sales. You will use digital tools to demonstrate value, onboard customers, and maintain strong relationships with nearby store teams.

Required: High School Diploma/GED and at least 30 days as a Mobile Associate; 6 months of customer service or sales in retail is preferred. Base hourly pay is $19.50 with incentives and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 30 days of Mobile Associate experience with T-Mobile.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a high-traffic retail setting.
• Educate customers and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions.
