Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to join our Retail Team. You will engage customers in a high-traffic environment, educate them about our products and services, and drive sales by identifying needs and presenting solutions.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and about 6 months of customer service or sales experience. Base pay starts at $18/hour with $5 training pay, plus annualized incentives and stock opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding, identifying customer needs and demonstrating solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer ready and on-brand.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
