Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate for Store-in-Store locations in a fast-paced retail setting. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and apply solution-based selling to meet sales targets.

You will complete training on products, processes, and systems, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers and maintain strong customer relationships. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to identify needs and demonstrate solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review personal results and updates to stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
