T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to be a brand ambassador in National Sales partner locations, delivering high-energy customer engagement in a fast-paced environment. You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales while maintaining service quality and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and educating customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools to identify customer needs and demonstrate value of products and services; guide onboarding and self-service through the app.
• Complete training on store processes, promotions, and systems; work with nearby stores to onboard customers; manage keys and assets per procedures.
