Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate to energize store-in-store locations with engaging customer experiences. You’ll identify customer needs, educate and demonstrate solutions, and drive sales while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will complete on-the-job training, collaborate with nearby teams, and help customers with account setup, device support, and onboarding using digital tools. This role emphasizes customer obsession and relationship building.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, new skills, products and processes; stay customer ready.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from setup to device support.
