Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to energize in-store experiences and drive sales at National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate value of products, and guide them through onboarding using digital tools and self-serve options.

The role emphasizes customer service, relationship building, and knowledge about devices and plans, with ongoing training and opportunities to grow within the retail team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and educates customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital tools and self-serve resources to demonstrate value and drive sales.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products, systems, and company resources; maintain readiness and assist with onboarding of customers.
