Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to energize the retail experience and connect customers with premium wireless solutions. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile products while building relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include proactive customer engagement, using digital tools, and on-the-spot solution selling. Training completes to ensure ongoing knowledge and customer-ready service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital self-serve tools to assist customers and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems to stay customer-ready.
• Provide exceptional service, follow up with customers, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
