Job summary

Join T-Mobile as a Mobile Associate supporting retail operations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll engage customers, demonstrate wireless solutions, and guide shoppers through their technology and service needs while building product knowledge and on-the-job skills.

You’ll start with an hourly base pay of $18.00 plus $5.00 training pay, participate in training during the first 90 days, and have access to annual incentives and stock programs. T-Mobile values teamwork and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail preferred).
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Support additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
