Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced shopping environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their buying journey. We offer competitive base pay at $18/hour with $5 training pay, training during the first 90 days, and eligibility for incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and team initiatives.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management.
