At T-Mobile, Mobile Associates are the front line of our retail team, delivering a world-class customer experience and helping customers connect with the latest devices and services. This learning role trains you to become a Mobile Expert, building skills in product demonstrations, in-store experiences, and digital tools while you grow with the team.

Starting pay includes $18/hour base plus $5 training pay, with potential to reach higher earnings through incentives and annual stock grants.

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world‑class customer experience and building loyalty by: handling in‑store demonstrations and guiding customers along their shopping journey.
• Becomes skilled with digital tools and in-store experiences to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services effectively.
• Establishes relationships across channels to resolve issues, identify small business leads, and support team initiatives.
