Job summary

This learning role provides on-the-job training, with progression toward the Mobile Expert role as you build skills and proficiency in customer service and sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Willingness to learn wireless technology and product features.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless tech innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Support additional duties/projects as assigned by management.
