Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will engage customers with hands-on demonstrations, understand their needs, and present device and service solutions.

This role focuses on learning and growing toward Mobile Expert, with on-the-job training and a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will participate in a comprehensive benefits package and earn hourly pay with training incentives, plus opportunities for stock grants and career progression

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Required)
• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it! (Required)
• Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. (Required)
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer experience by helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey.
• Demonstrate latest technology with hands-on in-store experiences and personalized solutions.
