Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for Mobile Experts to energize a busy retail environment and help customers understand and adopt our wireless solutions. You will engage a broad customer base, identify needs, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products while delivering exceptional service.

You will participate in training and onboarding, collaborate with store teams, and grow through performance-driven incentives. Must have a High School diploma and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Must have 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience.
• Customer-focused with the desire to balance experience and performance goals.
• Team-oriented and willing to learn and share best practices in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools and educate on T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value through solution-based selling; guide onboarding via the T-Mobile app.
• Complete in-store training on products, processes, and systems; partner with home stores to onboard customers.
• Be customer-obsessed: build rapport, trust, and loyalty; follow up, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
