Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate for in-store locations to drive customer engagement and showcase the value of our wireless solutions. You will educate customers, identify needs, and demonstrate the benefits of T-Mobile products to enhance the shopping experience.

In this role you will participate in training, use digital self-serve tools, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required; base pay is $18/hour with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. Use digital tools, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of products and services using solution-based selling techniques.
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems. Review personal results and updates to be Customer Ready at all times.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
