Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions. You will use digital tools to educate customers and showcase value, while building relationships and driving sales.

This role requires a High School diploma and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience. Travel is not required and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions to identify needs and showcase value.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer-ready with Hub updates.
• Be customer-obsessed, build rapport, exceed expectations, and drive sales while handling referrals and Be Back processes.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
