Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to energize customer experiences in our in-store partner locations, delivering demonstrations, educating customers, and recommending wireless solutions.

You will learn in-store processes, use digital tools, and build relationships to drive sales while meeting quality metrics. You must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the United States, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to identify needs and showcase solution-based selling.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review results and promotions to stay customer-ready.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers; follow up, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
• Coordinate with nearby stores to onboard customers and maintain store operations.
