Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience and build loyalty by assisting customers in-store and across channels.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on devices and services using hands-on demos.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and identify opportunities for cross-sell.
