You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey while developing skills in customer interaction and digital tool usage. Training and incentives apply as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management.
