Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates to act as in-store ambassadors, engaging customers in a fast-paced retail environment and educating them on T-Mobile solutions.

The role focuses on identifying needs, demonstrating products, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional service. You will participate in ongoing training, collaborate with store teams, and support onboarding and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Recommended)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools to educate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions.
• Use solution-based selling to identify customer needs and showcase value of products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems to stay customer ready.
• Build rapport and loyalty with customers, follow up and manage referrals while meeting sales and quality targets.
• Coordinate with nearby store teams to onboard customers and support store operations.
