Job summary

T-Mobile’s Mobile Associates play a key role in delivering the T-Mobile experience at National Sales partner locations. They engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting, educate on wireless solutions, and use consultative selling to meet sales and service targets.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while following onboarding, training, and store procedures. Training pay is provided during the initial period.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate and demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling; promote wireless products and onboarding solutions to deepen relationships.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; support store operations and secure kiosks/assets as needed.
• Build strong relationships with nearby leadership to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
