Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate them on T-Mobile products and services, and use solution-based selling to meet performance targets.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer experiences, training on new skills, and the ability to upsell while maintaining accuracy and teamwork across store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience is preferred, retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions, identify customer needs, and demonstrate solutions to deepen relationships.
• Complete training on in-store processes, promotions, and systems; onboard customers and ensure customer readiness at all times.
