Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail preferred.
• A legally eligible to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverages digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to deepen relationships.
• Completes training on in-store processes, reviews promotions, and assists with onboarding of customers.
• Builds relationships with store leadership and teams to support customer experience from setup to servicing.
