Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates to energize National Sales partner locations through active customer engagement and solution-based selling. You will educate customers, demonstrate the value of products, and help them self-serve using the T-Mobile app.

A focus on learning, promotions, and teamwork is essential. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail preferred.
• Retail environment experience is advantageous.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on T-Mobile solutions using digital tools.
• Utilize self-serve tools and solution-based selling to close sales.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with local leadership to support customer experience.
