T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced store environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey while developing skills in digital tools, customer interaction, and service plan recommendations. Training and career growth are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Take on other duties/projects as assigned by management.
