Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates for Store-in-Store roles within National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a busy retail environment, educate them on products, and demonstrate solutions to meet wireless needs.

You will use digital tools, participate in training, onboard customers, and help deliver exceptional service while meeting sales metrics. Strong communication and a customer-focused approach are essential; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Uses digital self-serve tools during interactions, identifies customer needs, and demonstrates wireless solutions to deepen relationships.
• Completes training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stays Customer Ready and collaborates with nearby stores to onboard customers.
