Job summary

T-Mobile Mobile Associates (Store-in-Store) are integral to the Retail Team, bringing the brand to life in partner locations and driving customer engagement in a busy retail setting.

You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and leverage digital tools to close sales. The role includes training, consistent performance metrics, and opportunities for incentives and stock grants for full-time teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to connect with customers and educate on products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools to assist customers and onboard them, applying solution-based selling techniques.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes and systems; stay customer-ready and onboard customers with nearby stores.
• Build relationships with leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
