Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting in Tulsa, OK. You will engage customers, educate them on our products, and demonstrate the value of our wireless solutions.

Through on-the-job training, you’ll master product knowledge, sales techniques, and Be Back processes while collaborating with nearby stores to onboard customers and ensure a high-quality experience. Growth and incentives are part of this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate them on T-Mobile solutions, and showcase product value.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to identify needs and demonstrate solutions.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer-ready and on-brand.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
