Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilizes digital tools to assist customers, educate, and complete solution-based sales.
• Complete training on in-store experience, promotions, and systems; assist with onboarding and store operations.
• Builds rapport, delivers exceptional service, and drives sales activity and referrals.
• Collaborates with store leadership to support the customer experience from setup to account servicing.
