Job summary

T-Mobile in Tulsa is hiring Mobile Associates to join a Retail Team of Experts. You will learn to educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions while building energy and excitement around our products in a fast-paced store environment.

This learning role includes completing new employee training and growing toward the Mobile Expert level, with a strong emphasis on customer needs, relationship building and delivering a world-class experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Required).
• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it! (Required).
• Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. (Required).

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
