Job summary

T-Mobile US Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. In a busy retail environment, you’ll engage customers, educate them on solutions, and demonstrate the value of our products and services.

You’ll train on in-store processes, use digital tools to support customers, and aim to exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service. The role includes a base pay with incentives, stock grants, a 401(k), and comprehensive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. You will deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems. Review results and updates to be Customer Ready at all times. Partner with nearby stores to onboard customers and support store operations.
• Be customer-obsessed, build rapport, follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and support price overrides for promotions.
