Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate on solutions, and demonstrate value through consultative selling in a high-traffic retail setting.

Responsibilities include active customer engagement, onboarding using self-serve tools, and building relationships while meeting quality of sale metrics. Requires a high school diploma and retail sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and effective communication to educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling to demonstrate T-Mobile products and services, including onboarding and self-serve tools.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review results, promotions, and updates to stay Customer Ready at all times; assist with on-site onboarding of customers and store operations.
• Be customer-obsessed: friendly, engaging, and able to build rapport and loyalty; follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers; perform price overrides for specialty offers when needed.
