Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to join our National Sales team. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, demonstrate and explain wireless solutions, and help customers understand how to self-serve with the T-Mobile app.

No college degree required beyond a High School Diploma, and 6 months of customer service or sales experience is preferred. We offer extensive benefits, training, and pathways to advancement in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educates them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage self-serve tools and demonstrate value of products and apps to customers.
• Complete training on in-store processes, promotions, and store operations; assist with onboarding and on-site tasks.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
