Job summary

Rush Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Mobile Service Advisor to coordinate customer repairs on a mobile service basis. You will work closely with mobile service technicians to ensure customer needs are met and repair orders are processed efficiently.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, familiarity with dealership software, and a focus on customer satisfaction. This position is based at our Boise location and includes comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with dealership software and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Create repair orders in the business system according to mobile technicians and customer needs.
• Review repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorization is noted.
• Close repair orders in a timely manner and in processing.
• Coordinate with mobile technicians and customers; communicate estimates, time requirements, and obtain proper authorization for additional work.
• Handle inbound inquiries and dispatch mobile technicians to customer locations as needed.
• Establish payment method and obtain credit approval if necessary.
