T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to bring the brand to life in National Sales partner locations. In a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment, you will engage customers, educate them on products, and demonstrate solutions.

You will use digital tools, complete training, and onboard customers while building relationships with local store teams. A High School diploma and 6 months of sales or service experience are required; you will be encouraged to grow and benefit from extensive employee

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Demonstrate and sell T-Mobile solutions using digital tools.
• On-board customers with training and on-site processes.
• Build relationships with customers and management teams.
• Assist with store operations, opening/closing procedures, and asset security.
