Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, to be the face of the brand in partner locations. You will engage customers, educate them on products, and drive sales with a solution-based approach in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions; identify customer needs and demonstrate solution-based selling; guide customers to self-serve and use the T-Mobile app.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review promotions and updates to stay customer-ready; onboard customers with nearby stores.
