Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to join the Store-in-Store Retail Team. You’ll engage customers, educate them on wireless solutions, and demonstrate how to self-serve using the T-Mobile app.

Thrive in a busy store while delivering exceptional service and hitting sales targets. The role includes on-the-job training, collaboration with nearby stores, and opportunities to grow into advanced positions with incentive targets and a broad benefits package offered to both full- and part-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Able to thrive in a high-traffic retail setting and adapt to changing customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools and assist customers in onboarding and self-help through the T-Mobile app.
• Provide friendly, proactive service, build relationships, and meet quality of sale metrics.
• Support store leadership and collaborate with nearby locations to onboard customers and maintain operations.
