Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to energize a high-traffic retail environment and represent the T-Mobile brand with enthusiasm. You will educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

In this role you will use digital tools, engage customers, and learn products and processes during training. The position offers hourly pay with training pay and a strong incentive plan based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding; identify needs and demonstrate value.
• Build relationships with leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support.
• Provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations; follow up and capture referrals.
