T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate them on devices and plans, and leverage digital tools to demonstrate the value of our solutions.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools to demonstrate products, identify customer needs, and apply solution-based selling.
• Complete training on in-store processes and systems, onboard customers, and assist with store operations and asset security.
