Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates for Store-in-Store environments to energize the retail space, educate customers, and drive solutions for wireless needs.

You will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through self-serve tools while maintaining exceptional service standards. Role emphasizes relationship building, sales excellence, and adherence to brand and process standards, with training and ongoing development supported by the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and educates customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions; identify needs and demonstrate value of products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review promotions and updates to stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
• Follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and exceed sales targets.
