Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates for National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate them on T-Mobile products, and demonstrate value using solution-based selling.

You will complete training, review promotions, and work with nearby stores to onboard customers. As a Mobile Associate, you will strive to exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, price overrides for offers, and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service/sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding, identify needs, and demonstrate value of mobile solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review results and promotions to stay customer ready.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership to support customer experience from setup to service.
