Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Customer Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on building customer relationships through effective communication, product demonstrations, and service delivery. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow into higher‑level roles and participate in company benefits and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, Retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Assist with other duties/projects as assigned by management as needed.
