T-Mobile is seeking a customer-focused associate to engage customers, demonstrate wireless solutions, and help shoppers find the right plans and devices. You will use digital tools to illustrate coverage and features while guiding customers through their buying journey.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment; training and ongoing development are provided to build product knowledge and service skills.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual customer needs.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and team initiatives.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
