Job summary

T-Mobile USA is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering personalized device and service solutions while using digital tools to show network coverage and benefits.

You will complete required training, develop strong customer service and sales skills, and help create a seamless shopping experience. Compensation includes $20.50 base hourly plus $5 training pay, with an annual incentive target and stock grants and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
