T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with devices and service solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, complete required training, and build relationships that drive sales and loyalty while delivering a seamless customer experience.

This role offers base pay of $18–$20 per hour, training pay, and eligibility for incentives and stock grants as part of our Total Rewards program.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail (Preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
