Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates to support retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating technology and service needs in a fast-paced store setting.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey, developing skills in customer interaction and digital tool usage. Compensation includes an hourly base pay with training pay, access to annual stock grants, and opportunities through employee stock purchase

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
