Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to learn and apply customer service and sales skills, delivering personalized technology and service solutions to meet individual needs.

You will use digital tools to explain plans and devices, while completing required training on retail processes and wireless tech innovations. As you grow, you’ll collaborate with teams across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to business initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
